B.B. King to Play The Roseland Theater March 2

Perhaps the single most recognized blues musician world-wide, B.B. King will be returning to Portland for a performance at The Roseland Theater on Saturday, March 2nd. Since he first started recording in the 1940s, King has released over 50 albums, won 14 Grammy Awards, been inducted into the Blues Foundation Hall of Fame and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the National Medal of the Arts, the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, among many other awards. Opening the show will be Portland’s own Blues Music Award winning vocalist Curtis Salgado.

Tickets are available in advance for this certain to sell out performance at www.ticketswest.com with price ranges from $45.00 to $75.00. The Roseland Theater is located at 8 NW 6th. Showtime is 8:00 pm and is open to those 21 & over only.
